How are the photos delivered? Are they physical or digital?
- All the photos are digital and I send them out myself to the email that you enter at checkout~!
Are there other ways to pay?
- Yes! If you don't like Paypal or the checkout isn't working, you can send an Amazon giftcard to [email protected] in the amount for the sets! Just be sure to email me so I know who the sets are going to and which ones you want!
It's been awhile since my order and I don't see the email, did I do something wrong?
- Not at all! Sometimes it can take me anywhere from 5 minutes to 8 hours to get the photos to you, depending on if I am asleep or not!
- That being said, if it has been longer than 10 hours, please email me at [email protected] because the email probably got lost somehow!!
I accidentally purchased a set or a purchased a duplicate, can I get a refund??
- If you purchased a duplicate set, no worries! I will refund the duplicate set amount immediately!
- If you purchased a set and have not received it yet, I will refund it if I see an email from you before the order email is sent! However, if I already have sent the email, I do not offer a refund, as there is no protection for me in doing so due to the fact my products are digital!
